ITPS provides managed services designed to ensure maximum uptime and allowing your IT staff to focus on more important tasks than the day-to-day maintenance of your hosting environment.   Our managed services include: back up and recovery, storage, security, service performance monitoring. 

 

In addition, ITPS provide a ‘break-fix’ service on a wide range of hardware from simple desktop printers and PCs to high end file servers, local and wide area network and security products. Technical software support is provided by telephone, remote diagnostics and where necessary on-site visits across a wide range of operating systems and applications as well as intricate thin client and security systems.
