HR overhaul for ITPS

Newcastle-born Samantha Heppel joins the company after a six-year spell as senior HR adviser at Jackel International. Her background also spans employee relations and training and development positions with organisations including the former Reg Vardy motor group, and Metro Centre guarding company St James' Security.

Her new role will see her take responsibility for reviewing ITPS's existing HR strategy and strengthening its activities in areas such as recruitment, retention and training. The new post is based on Sam working three full days, with her hours spread over the week in order to fit in with the needs of her young family.
